What's the point, really?

Choose Based on the Mood

Dice games are instant: you read two sides, you get it in three seconds—no rules to learn. Card games go a step further, with a progression and sometimes varying levels of daring. Forfeits sets are perfect for parties with a group. Check the language listed on the description: some games are bilingual, others aren’t, and a trivia game in a language you don’t speak well falls flat.

One Rule Only

Everything offered is optional. Before starting, agree that anyone can pass their turn without having to explain why—the game ends when the fun ends. That’s what makes the difference between a successful evening and an awkward moment you don’t dare name.
