1. Purpose
These terms govern sales concluded on https://lilisoon.com, a shop selling intimate wellbeing products, reserved for adults. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
2. Capacity
By placing an order, the buyer declares being 18 years of age or over and having the legal capacity to contract. Selling to a minor is forbidden.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each item appear on its product page. Photographs and imagery are not contractual: shades and finishes may vary slightly. The items sold are not medical devices.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery. Delivery charges are stated before the order is confirmed: they amount to 4,90 € and are free from 49 € of purchase. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time; items are invoiced at the price in force when the order is confirmed.
5. Orders
An order becomes firm once the summary is validated and these terms accepted. A confirmation email is sent to the buyer. We reserve the right to cancel any order involving a previous payment dispute.
6. Payment
Online payment is not active yet. Payment arrangements are communicated individually once your selection is received. The wording appearing on the bank statement will be neutral and will not mention the nature of the products.
7. Delivery
Items in stock are dispatched within 24 working hours. Indicative delivery times are 2 to 4 working days in mainland France. Everything is shipped in plain packaging, with no mention of the shop or the contents. Details are on the Delivery & discretion page.
Should delivery be delayed by more than 7 days beyond the announced time, the buyer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund.
8. Areas served
Lilisoon does not currently sell or deliver any products to the United States of America or its territories — Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the remote minor islands. Any order with a delivery address located in these territories will be refused or cancelled.
You are free to browse the website from the United States. The sole criterion is the destination of the goods: a US credit card or billing address does not prevent an order from being delivered to a country within our delivery area.
9. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason.
Hygiene exception. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been unsealed after delivery and which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection. This exception is provided for in the (Article 16(e)) and is incorporated into the law of each Member State — in France, in Article L221-28(5) of the Consumer Code. In practice: a product whose sealed packaging has been opened cannot be returned. A product that is still sealed may be returned free of charge.
Return postage costs are payable by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or there has been an error on our part. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
10. Guarantees
All products are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity for at least two years, as provided for by European Directive 2019/771 and transposed into the law of your country of residence — in France, Articles L217-3 et seq. of the , to which is added the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These guarantees apply independently of any commercial warranty provided by the manufacturer.
11. Safe use
Items must be used as intended and in line with the manufacturer's instructions. Clean before and after each use. Do not use in case of a lesion, irritation or any medical doubt. Silicone-based lubricants must not be used on silicone accessories. If discomfort persists, consult a healthcare professional.

13. Governing law and disputes
The seller is a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming (United States): the contract is governed by the law of that State.
Your consumer rights remain unaffected. If you are ordinarily resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area, you retain the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which this choice of law cannot override (Regulation (EU) No 593/2008, known as ‘Rome I’, Article 6). The withdrawal periods and guarantees set out above represent the minimum requirements under that law.
Jurisdiction. The courts of the seller’s registered office — Sheridan County, State of Wyoming, United States — shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes arising from this contract.
There is, however, one mandatory exception: a consumer purchaser residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area retains the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence, and may only be sued before those courts (Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, known as ‘Brussels I bis’, Articles 17 to 19). A clause accepted before the dispute arises may open up other courts to the consumer, but it cannot deprive them of these.
Before taking any legal action, please contact us: most disputes are resolved in this way. You may then refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body in your country; the official list is published by the European Commission at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu. The European ‘ODR’ platform ceased operations on 20 July 2025.
