Privacy policy
On a site like this one, privacy is not a formality. Here is exactly what is recorded, and above all what is not.
What we do not do
- No advertising tracker, no social network pixel, no third-party ad network.
- No selling or renting of data to anyone.
- No profiling of your interests based on what you look at.
- No obligation to create an account in order to browse the shop.
What we place on your device
Three cookies, all strictly necessary — they therefore require no prior consent:
PHPSESSID: keeps your basket for the duration of your visit. Expires when you close the browser.li_age: remembers that you confirmed being of age, so we do not ask on every page. Duration: 30 days. It contains only a “1”, no personal data.li_lang: remembers your chosen language. Duration: one year.

The chat
The chat bubble at the bottom right answers automatically: nobody reads your messages live. A language model (Claude, made by Anthropic) puts the answer into words — but it does not decide what the answer says. The facts (prices, delivery times, availability, catalogue items) are supplied to it by this site with every message, and every figure it writes is checked against those facts before it reaches you. A health question is never submitted to it: it is recognised beforehand and referred to a professional.
For that formatting alone, your message and the context it needs are sent to Anthropic PBC (United States). This is a transfer outside the European Union, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Anthropic undertakes not to use content received through its programming interface to train its models, and keeps it only as long as processing and security require. No identifier, no account and no IP address goes with it.
We keep the question asked, the answer given, the page language, the date and the country code the question comes from — established by our delivery network (Cloudflare) from the connection. No IP address is recorded, and no identifier that would let us recognise you from one visit to the next. A randomly drawn conversation number groups the questions of a single visit and disappears with it.
These exchanges are used to fix the chat: the questions it failed to understand are exactly the ones it needs to learn. Please do not write anything confidential there — for a personal request, the contact form is the right place.
Who has access
We do, along with the providers strictly necessary to run the service: the host (), the email sending service (Brevo, France) and, once sales open, the carrier and the payment institution. No other recipient. To these is added, for the wording of chat answers alone, Anthropic (United States) — the only transfer outside the European Union, described above.
The age check
Confirming that you are of age creates no named record: nothing is stored on our side, only the answer is kept in a cookie on your device. We ask for no identity document and use no third-party verification.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data (GDPR, articles 15 to 22). To exercise them: write to us or . We answer within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is stored on a server located in the European Union. Email exchanges go through an authenticated, encrypted relay.
