Can I return an intimate product?
Yes, as long as it has not been unsealed. For hygiene reasons, an item whose sealed packaging has been opened cannot be taken back — this is an exception to the right of withdrawal provided for by law.
How do I look after an accessory?
Warm soapy water or a dedicated cleaner after each use, air-dry, store away from dust. Silicones do not mix: use a water-based lubricant on a silicone toy.
