Delivery & discretion
Discretion is not a sales pitch here: it is a design constraint. Here is exactly what is written, and what is not, at every step.
On the parcel
- Kraft box or opaque pouch, no logo and no imagery.
- Shipping label under a neutral company name, never “Lilisoon” nor any word hinting at the contents.
- No itemised delivery note inside: the invoice arrives by email.
- Nothing on the outside gives away the contents, neither by touch nor by sound — accessories are wedged in tissue paper.
On your bank statement
The wording that will appear on your statement is neutral and does not mention the shop. The exact wording will be given to you before any payment.
Timescales
- Dispatch within 24 working hours for any item in stock.
- Delivery in 2 to 4 working days in mainland France, 3 to 6 days in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
- Delivery to a pick-up point is available: nobody rings your doorbell.
Areas we serve
We do not deliver to the United States or to US territories (Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the Minor Outlying Islands). Any order with a delivery address located in these territories will be declined. The website remains freely accessible from the United States.

- 4,90 € below that amount.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind. There is one exception, as provided for in European Directive 2011/83/EU and incorporated into the law of each Member State: an item that has been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned on hygiene grounds. A product that is still sealed may be returned without giving a reason.
