- Fill the bath with water.
- Once in the bath, place the Bathmate under the water until it is completely filled. The penis is then inserted inside and rests on the base of the bath.
- Push the Bathmate towards you several times. This activates the hydraulic contraction mechanism at the base of the pump, creating a vacuum effect. You will begin to feel the pressure increase. As the water is expelled from inside via the top valve, the penis expands further and further.
Advice & care
Once you can no longer pump, simply rest for five minutes. The optimal vacuum is achieved when you can no longer expel water from inside the Bathmate.
Repeat the pumping action every four or five minutes, rest, and then repeat the process. This must be repeated because, with each compression cycle, there comes a point where no more water can be extracted.
If you feel the pressure is too high, release the top valve slightly. Remember to do this whilst in the water to prevent air from entering. After 15 or 20 minutes of use, reduce the pressure by pressing the release button on the top of the Bathmate. Then stand up and see the immediate results. You won’t be disappointed!
It is recommended that you use it for 15 to 20 minutes per session, three times a week for best results. Start experiencing the power to effectively lengthen your penis!
